Our fees
Payment is required at least 48 hours in advance of the session via bank transfer.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled without charge up to 48 hours before the arranged time. We may be able to provide you with an alternative session, but this cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations (less than 48 hours) or non-attendance without prior notice are non-refundable.Emotius Psychology is currently registered as a recognised provider of Psychological Therapies with the following insurance companies: Aviva, Axa Health and Vitality Health. We also work with self-funding clients.
1. Psychological assessment:

Clinic appointment £375
A standard initial psychological assessment session lasts 1.5 hours. This will be conducted online or as a face-to-face appointment in the clinic, depending on your preference.
2. Therapy:
Online £150 per session
Clinic appointment £170 per session
All therapy sessions (online or clinic appointments) last for 50 minutes. The fees above include any therapeutic resources needed during the sessions (e.g., worksheets, outcome measures, recommended reading).
3. Parenting support sessions:
Online £150 per session
Clinic appointment £170 per session
All parent sessions (online or clinic appointments) last for 50 minutes. Parenting support sessions can be arranged as a one-off consultation or as part of a longer-term treatment package, depending on your requirements.
4. Neuropsychological assessment:
Cognitive assessment, written report & feedback session £995
Comprehensive assessment of your child’s cognitive profile. This price includes test administration, full written report with recommendations and a verbal feedback session for the young person and their parents to discuss the findings. Please note that cognitive assessments are only conducted in the clinic. We are unable to complete the testing procedure online to ensure the validity of the test results.
